  • The competitive examination includes a written test on knowledge of International Relations and International Law and a Language test (French for Anglophones and English for Francophones )
  • submitted date is on Thursday, Septernber 12, 2019 latest 3:30 pm
  • The competitive examination will take place on 16th September 2019
  • Competitive’s fess are 25.000 (twenty thousand) CFA francs for regular candidates

ORDERS:

Article 1: The public hereby informed that:

  • Holders of a Bachelor’s degree in Human and Social Science (Law and Political Science,Arts, Sociology, Economies Sciences, Anthropology, Philosophy,History, geography.
  • Holders of any other diplorria admitted. in equivalence or exemption by the Minister of State, Minister of Higher Education.
  • Executives of public, parastatal ‘or Local administrations in charge of peace, security and international cooperation. …

That a selection test for’ admission of fifty (50) students for the Research Master’s
programme in International’ Relations, . Major in Cultural Diversity, Peace and International Cooperation ofthe ISE~ç6 FUIW Chair for Cultural Diversity of University of Yaoundé II, is opened at the unique centre in Yaounde. The test shall take place on 16th September 2019 at the International Relations Institute ofCameroon (IRIC).

Article 2:The test in article 1 above is open to male and female Cameroonians. However, candidates who are workers and foreign candidates shall compete out of number places mentioned above

Article 3: The selection shall be done through a rigorous review of candidate’s applications files comprising two phases: the file review by a committee and the interview or preselected candidates by same committee.

Article 4: The application files include the following documents:

  • 1) 01 completed application form to be collected from IRJC department of studies,or from MINESUP websites: http/www.minesup.gov.cm. and [RIC: www.minesup.gov.cm.
  • 2) 01 certified copy of birth certificate less than three (03) months old;
  • 3) 01 certified copy of the highest diploma with transcripts, signed by the competent academie authorities;
  • 4) 01 medical certificate duly established and issued by the [RIC administration;
  • 5) 01 curriculum vitae;
  • 6) 01 certificate of non-conviction less than three (03) months old;
  • 7) 04 4×4 passport size photos with names and surnames on the back;
  • 8) 01 formai authorization to compete from the employer for candidates who are workers;
  • 9) 01 receipt of payment of registration fees for examination;
  • 10) 01 A4 envelope with a 500 FCF A stamp including the full name and address of the candidate;

Article 5: The registration fee for the competitive examination is 25.000 (twenty thousand) CFA francs and payable to the SCB bank, Agency of the 20th May boulevard, opposite MINESUP to account number N°IOOO 200069 90000447727 36 intitulé IRIC/CHAIRE ISESCO entitled IRIC/Competitive Examination. These non-refundable fees are intended to cover the costs generated by the organization of the competitive examination. NB. : The payment of these fees is subject to the issuance of a receipt by the IRIC Bursar/ Revenue Manager after verification of the file by the department of studies.

Article 6: Complete files will be submitted to the Department of Studies, IRIC, on Thursday, Septernber 12, 2019 latest 3:30 pm.
Only preselected candidates on file study will be allowed to sit for the audition. They must then report to the halls thirty minutes before the start of audition, with their national identity cards.

Article 7: The Director of Academie Accreditations and Quality, the Rector of the University of Yaounde II and the Director of IRIC shall each be responsible for the execution of this Order, which shall be registered and communicated in French and English wherever necessary.
